Süre 1–5 Hafta: Erken aşama projeler: 3–5 hafta, atölyeler ve stratejik planlama İleri aşama projeler: 1–2 hafta, konsorsiyum oluşturma ve teklif sunumu Hedef Profiller KOBİ’ler ve startup’lar: İlk büyük hibelerini arayan ancak hibe deneyimi olmayan tarım-gıda inovasyoncuları. Araştırma konsorsiyumları: Üniversiteler ve araştırma merkezleri, teklif koordinasyonu ve ortak uyumu sağlamak isteyenler. Üretici kooperatifleri: Sürdürülebilirlik veya teknoloji projeleri yürüten, ancak etki anlatımında zorluk yaşayan gruplar. Program Bileşenleri Yönetim dersleri ve sistem düşüncesi: Sürdürülebilir ve etkili girişimler için stratejik proje tasarımı ve sistem düşüncesi geliştirmeye yönelik atölye ve egzersizler. Hibe eşleştirme ve stratejik analiz: Optimal finansman fırsatlarını belirlemek ve projeleri fonlayıcıların stratejik hedefleriyle hizalamak. Konsorsiyum seçimi: Proje güvenilirliğini artırmak için özel Avrupa ağımızdan yüksek kaliteli ortakların seçimi. Başlangıçtan sona teklif geliştirme: Uzman rehberliği ile teklif yazımı, bütçeleme ve sunum sürecinin yönetimi.
