Agrifood organisations are increasingly navigating structural complexity shaped by supply chain fragility, cost volatility, sustainability pressures, regulatory expansion and organisational resistance to change. Incremental improvement alone is often no longer sufficient to respond effectively to these conditions. This programme supports senior professionals in developing practical strategic capabilities to:

Diagnose structural operational vulnerabilities
Prototype resilient operating models and system redesigns
Integrate long-term social return and SROI thinking into decision-making processes
Apply lean systems thinking across organisations, teams and networks

Participants should hold active responsibilities linked to organisational improvement, transformation, coordination or strategic implementation. A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience is recommended.

The 2-day intensive lab is organised around two applied transformation blocks.

Day 1: Systems Diagnosis and Transformation Prototyping

Resilient systems prototyping

Day 2: Leadership Activation and Scaling

Strategic implementation planning
SROI and long-term impact integration
Scaling lean systems across organisations and networks

Total learning time: 16 hours through intensive collaborative delivery.

Cohort size is intentionally limited to support depth, peer exchange, strategic dialogue and applied transformation work.
