Incremental improvement alone is often no longer sufficient to respond effectively to these conditions. This programme supports senior professionals in developing practical strategic capabilities to:

Total learning time: 16 hours through intensive collaborative delivery.

Cohort size is intentionally limited to support depth, peer exchange, strategic dialogue and applied transformation work.
