Why this programme

Hospitality environments are increasingly affected by staffing pressure, rising operational costs, supply uncertainty and changing customer expectations.

This programme supports hospitality leaders in developing practical capabilities to:

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and workflow inefficiencies

  • Improve coordination across teams and daily operations

  • Reduce avoidable waste and operational friction

  • Prototype practical performance improvements

  • Strengthen leadership and decision-making under pressure

The approach is practical, collaborative and designed for immediate operational application.

 

Who should apply

This programme is designed for professionals actively operating within hospitality and HORECA environments, including:

  • Restaurant owners and managers

  • Hotel food and beverage directors

  • Catering managers

  • Hospitality entrepreneurs

  • Operations managers across HORECA systems

Participants should currently hold operational, managerial or coordination responsibilities within the sector.

 

Structure

The 2-week intensive format is organised around 4 practical learning blocks.

  1. Agile Foundations in HORECA

  2. Tools for Resilient Operations

  3. Sustainable Workflow Improvements

  4. Innovation Sprint and Transformation Pitch

Approximate learning time: 20 hours through online delivery.

Gains and Outcomes

By the end of the programme, participants will have:

  • Identified key operational bottlenecks and coordination gaps

  • Applied agile tools to improve workflow efficiency

  • Designed measurable waste reduction initiatives

  • Developed a practical operational improvement proposal

  • Strengthened leadership approaches under operational pressure

This programme is designed to support practical operational improvement and adaptive leadership within hospitality environments.

Applications open: 15 June - 31 August 2026
Programme delivery: 14-25 September 2026

Programme Fee: €950 (tax included)

Cohort size is limited to 25 participants to support practical implementation, peer exchange and collaborative learning quality.

Applications are reviewed to ensure alignment, commitment and active sector engagement.
